All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

Payment & Settlements of Accounts
We use payment engine Elavon to process online deposits and account settlement payments. All payment authorisation is conducted remotely on Elavon's servers and no credit card data is stored on our website or servers.

If you wish to pay by cheque please remit at least seven days prior to your stay. Authorised credit cards, validated cheques and cash may be paid on arrival

All Balances are to be paid up to & no later than 2 days prior to departure

If you are not present for check-in between the hours of 14:00 - 20:00 on day of arrival, we reserve the right to re-let your room unless prior notice is given and a mutual agreement is made. Please note that anyone trying to gain entry to the property, without prior notice & authorisation being given, before 14:00 hours will be required to wait until check-in opens at 14:00 hours.

Cancellations
In the event of any cancellation, the person whose name represents the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable and will be deducted from any monies claimed for breach of contract. It is recommended that you take out Cancellation Insurance for any unforeseen circumstances

Meals
Meal times are pre-arranged and, in the event of a dinner service, notices are displayed stating menus and times; no allowances will be made for latecomers unless prearranged with the proprietors. It is the responsibilty of all guests to be present at meals and to arrive on time, If guests are not present for set meals, no monetary compensation will be given.

Departure
All rooms must be vacated by 10:30 hours on the day of departure, later checkout times can be pre-arranged subject to room availability. Please note that this may incur an additional charge.

Damages
It is a term of condition that guests conduct themselves in a manner that is fair and reasonable. The cost of any damages caused by guests or their dependants will be added to the total price of their stay and is payable upon departure by cash or credit card. Refusal to pay will result in legal action being taken.

The proprietors do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of guest’s personal belongings.

The proprietors do not accept responsibility for any personal injury incurred during any duration of stay.

Data Security
We store personal data on our secure servers only to facilitate online booking such as name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is never shared with third parties and is removed automatically 3 months after departure date.

Upon receipt of deposit you hereby agree to all terms outlined and will be liable for any damages or losses incurred during your stay.
